Refund Policy

SNS WORK LLC is registered co. to sell  Team USA Sports Wear .SNS WORK LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase of "Team USA" branded sports apparel. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

  • You must initiate the return request within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that customized or personalized items, as well as sale items, are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at teamusa175@gmail.com or call 908-397-0088 with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on where to send the item.

  3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at teamusa175@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or other personal items for hygiene reasons

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
